  • Shipping Receiving Associate



    DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: In this position you will be required to package and prepare product for shipment, process shipping packing slips, receive incoming product, process receiving paper work; also load and unload trucks following all shipping and receiving processes and procedures.

    • Prepare shipping documents and schedule freight pickups as needed
    • Prepare products, spare parts, return parts and any other items for shipment following the proper procedures for packaging, crating, and boxing; wrapping, strapping and properly labeling each as required.
    • Inspect all incoming material upon arrival for any damage and resolve any freight issues in a timely manner
    • Process Shipping and Receiving paperwork in the company computer business system
    • Pull job travelers and purchase orders to make sure they match packing slips on all incoming material before processing in the computer
    • Place incoming material, parts made from outside vendors, and all consignment parts in the proper location
    • Operate a fork lift safely, loading and unloading trucks.
    • Get and prepare rate quotes from trucking companies for estimation and order entry department

    Job Requirements
    • Computer literacy and experience with manufacturing software and Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Power Point
    • Ability to multi-task and handle more than one task at a time
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Must have strong mathematical skills
    • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Able to stand for long periods of time, able to bend, stoop and twist
    • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
    • Have good problem solving skills
    • Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area
    • Able to work in extreme temperatures hot and cold

    Education Requirements
    • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) minimum
    • Associates degree in relevant technical field (desired but not required)
    • Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience in shipping and receiving in place of Associates degree

  • Scheduler Planner

    We are currently looking for a Planner Scheduler.
    This position reports to the Plant Manager. He or she will be responsible for organization of all departments from pre-production to shipping, and for communicating with all of the supervisors and management about the needs of the daily work schedule.

    Duties include:
    PATTERN SHOP-Modify patterns by sanding, painting, bondo and use of electrical band saws, sanders, drills, and other hand tools.
    MELT-Schedules all molding, core making, melting of different types of steel and cleaning.
    INVENTORY-Keeps count of risers needed for new order and inventory of all risers, shift lugs, sleeves, etc..

    QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required. Knowledge of foundry process a plus. Basic computer knowledge required. Proven uses of logical reasoning and analysis. Mathematical skills a must. Ability to communicate with staff and management required. Ability to work safely and follow safety guidelines. Proven attendance record is required. Must be insurable.

  • CNC Horizontal & Vertical Mill Operator

    Seeking Experienced CNC Horizontal & Vertical Mill Operator.

    • Minimum 2-5 years experience.
    • Able to program & edit basic mill set ups.
    • Must have own tools.
    • Knowledge of inspecting and measuring instruments.

    • Reliably perform tasks associated with machining of parts in a job shop environment.
    • Proficiently run mills and lathes; conventional and CNC, to meet manufacturing schedules.
    • Perform in-process inspection to meet quality guidelines.
    • Write and/or edit CNC programs.
    • Perform daily/weekly/monthly PM on equipment.


    • 2-5 years machining experience.
    • Ability to read and understand drawings
    • Knowledge of inspection and measuring instruments.
    • Must have own tools.
