TCM spent 6 years in the co-design and production of casting and machining an axle clamp and support system for Choctaw Manufacturing and Development Corp as components for a newly developed high speed, rough terrain trailer, for use in theatre, contracted to the US Marine Corp and the US Army.
As contractor of choice for AL Power Co, we have building replacement Stop logs and Stop gates for their hydro facilities. To date, we have serviced Bouldin Dam Hydro Plant and Logan Martin Dam on the Coosa River with more to come.

TCM produces iron, steel, stainless steel, and chrome iron castings up to 4000 lbs, with 3 coreless electric induction furnaces and ‘no-bake’ floor and loop molding. We offer quick deliveries, in-house pattern making and repair, and are efficient at both short-run and semi-production quantities.
TCM operates a large array of both conventional and CNC machine centers for turning, milling (vertical and horizontal), and gear manufacturing. Capabilities include small and large parts (up to 30 ton dual lift capacity), and short-run, and semi-production quantities.
TCM has large and diverse fabrication capability, including 30 ton lift capacity, automated laser cutting, plasma and oxy-fuel burning, robotic welding, press brakes, shears, rolls, iron workers, blasting, painting, etc.
